Takedown Procedure

Ingaro (Pty) Ltd respects intellectual-property, privacy and other legal rights. Send takedown notices to info@ingaro.co.za with the subject BasketWise takedown notice.

Include the following

1. Your full name and email address, and the organisation you represent if applicable.
2. The exact BasketWise URL or a sufficiently precise description of the content.
3. The right you say is infringed and your basis for acting for the rights holder.
4. A clear explanation of why removal or restriction is requested, with supporting evidence.
5. A good-faith statement that the challenged use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
6. A statement that the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to submit it.
7. Your electronic or physical signature.

What happens next

We will acknowledge complete notices, assess them in good faith, and may request more information. Where appropriate, we may remove or restrict content while investigating and may notify the affected source or user. Submitting a knowingly false or misleading notice may have legal consequences.

For access, correction or deletion of your own personal information, use the account tools or email the same address with the subject Privacy request. General support enquiries may also be sent to info@ingaro.co.za.
